Payments

A booking is considered successful only after we receive confirmation of an advance payment. If no advance is received, you will forfeit the time slot provided.

If you decide to cancel your order after a booking is successful, the advance amount will be non-refundable, as we have held the time slot/theme specifically for you.

By performing an advance payment you unconditionally agree to the terms and conditions mentioned in this document.

Session

Upon successful booking, you may not be able to change Branch Location. Please book accordingly.

Please ensure to arrive at the designated branch at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment to let your little one be familiarised with the environment, to allow us to make arrangements for your session, and for other members appointments.

If arrived late, we regret that we may have to move your session to the next available time slot.

The themes are carefully crafted for the best results, hence adherence to the theme is a must. For example, Family photos are not allowed in baby themes.

For any given theme, you are allowed to setup one costume. You are not allowed to change costumes mid-session.

The client must present the props, cake, fruits, clothing, etc mentioned in the theme description. We do not provide props unless we have explicitly mentioned so.

We can accomodate one child per theme, and hence we require your full cooperation and coordination if the theme is booked for multiple children.

For Twins, Triplets and so on, the charges levied will be based on the number of children. Example: for 2 babies, the charges will be "Theme Price x 2".

Please bring your own storage device (SSD, PenDrive) if you would require the photographs immediately.

Home Service Sessions

A minimum space of 12ft x 15ft is required to set up our theme space.

Home services are currently only available in the city of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Home Services levy an additional travel charge.

Delivery

The images provided will be high-quality JPG. you may expect up to 100 unedited pictures and up to 15 color-graded pictures of your choice.

The images will be delivered within 9 business days of the session.

Please Note: We do not keep your data any longer than 30 Days. Any request for data collection beyond 30 days from session date will not be entertained.

Copyrights

By booking our services you are entitled to receive copies of the photos. We hold full rights to use the images for advertising, marketing, and any applicable usecase within reason. You may submit a fees of INR 3000 to claim copyrights on the images if you wish to keep your images private.
