Refund Policy

Upon successful booking, VMAMBA does not provide refund for advance amounts, as the slot was dedicated to the customer for a slot, which is an expense for us.

After the completion of a session, the customers must pay the entire pending amount to obtain their data. Refunds of full amounts are not provided.

The customer can reschedule a session to a later date once. Post that, a charge of INR 1000 will be levied for each rescheduling.

Cancellation of the session will forfeit the advance amount.
